Jigawa state Hisba Board Organised one day special Training to Its personnel

The Jigawa state Hisba Board has organised a one day sensitization workshop to addressed the menace of drugs abuse and to strengthen the role of the Jigawa State Hisbah Board in the state 

The aims and I jective of the workshop is to sensitize the community and grassroots against social problems, particularly on drugs substance.

Speaking after occasion the Commandant general of the Hisba Board Malam Muhammad Faiz Bashir Haruna said the Hisbah personnel operating across communities in the state, ware officially trained on how to handle their job .

The Hisba official received the training by the NDLEA staff on how to make arrest and detect the suspect before commiting the crime .which will their personnel to identified suspect .

Malam Haruna maintained that the board’s partnership with the NDLEA will continue because it is part of their agreement to work together and also to protect the young people and communities from the elicit drug 

He said the fight against illicit drugs requires more than arrests, stressing that the importance of sustained enlightenment, family involvement, counselling, rehabilitation and inter-agency cooperation is great to the society 

He than calls on parents, community leaders, religious institutions and security agencies to work collectively in preventing the young generation from the habits of drug abuse .

He task the leaders to put head together in tackling the menace of drugs abuse by making sure this habit is being addressed and reduce to the minimal level across the Jigawa State.
