ADC Holds Meeting with unsuccessful Aspirants.

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has held a closed-door meeting with aspirants who contested the party’s primary election but were unsuccessful.

The meeting, which was held at the residence of former Deputy Governor Ahmad Mahamood Kukuli in Dutse Jigawa state capital , brought together key stakeholders of the party in the State,

 including the successful and unsuccessful aspirants, in an effort to foster unity ahead of the 2027 general elections.

According to the ADC State Secretary, Dr Isah Matara, the party’s governorship candidate, Alhaji Sabo Mohammed Nakudu, presided over the meeting.

Matara said Nakudu assured the unsuccessful aspirants that they would be accommodated in his administration if the ADC wins the governorship election.

He added that the candidate urged the aspirants to work together and mobilise support for the party in their respective areas to ensure its success at the polls.

Nakudu also reportedly encouraged the aspirants to take leadership roles in their respective communities and contribute to the party’s campaign and mobilisation efforts.

However, our correspondent, who attended the meeting, could not obtain details of the discussions concerning the party’s campaign strategy, as the participants declined to comment on the issues discussed.

The party’s deputy governorship candidate, Malam Aminu Ibrahim Ringim, also declined to comment on the outcome of the meeting.
